Yandex app
To report a problem with the Yandex mobile app:

Open the Yandex app.

Tap
(profile picture) → Help. The Feedback tab opens. -
Describe the problem, including:
- A step-by-step description of what you did before the error occurred.
- Text of the error message.
- Your email address.
- A screenshot of the error message.
Note
By default, the app automatically attaches the link and a screenshot of the page you were on when you tapped Feedback to your message. If necessary, you can attach another screenshot.

Tap Send.
