Yandex app

To report a problem with the Yandex mobile app:

  1. Open the Yandex app.

  2. Tap  (profile picture)Help. The Feedback tab opens.

  3. Describe the problem, including:

    • A step-by-step description of what you did before the error occurred.
    • Text of the error message.
    • Your email address.
    • A screenshot of the error message.

    Note

    By default, the app automatically attaches the link and a screenshot of the page you were on when you tapped Feedback to your message. If necessary, you can attach another screenshot.

  4. Tap Send.
